• Eligibility for Returns | شروط الإرجاع:

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, unused

يُالإرجاع مقبول فقط في حال كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا عند الاستلام أو غير مستخدم.  

• Return Process | عملية الإرجاع:

Customers must request a return within [14] days of receipt.

يجب على العملاء تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال [١٤] يومًا من استلام المنتج.

A proof of purchase and photo documentation of the damaged or defective product must be provided.

يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء وصور توضح الضرر أو العيب في المنتج.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

يجب إعادة المنتجات في عبواتها الأصلية.

• Refunds | سياسة الاسترداد:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [7 ] business days after approval.

سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال [٧] أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item received.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو استلام منتج غير صحيح.

• Exchange Policy | سياسة الاستبدال:

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must follow the same return conditions.

تخضع عمليات الاستبدال لتوفر المنتج ويجب أن تتبع نفس شروط الإرجاع.
